NUTRITION AND METABOLIC EVALUATION:

You will record your food, sleep, mood and hormonal fluctuations for 3-5 days for Crystal to properly evaluate and create your customized nutrition and metabolic program.

 A Strapped Fitness class in action, a diverse group of people using resistance bands

Discover functional movement, flexibility and joint mobility with Strapped Stretch.  Functional movement takes your joints through their full range of motion and engages the stabilizing muscles. This is important in preventing injury and bringing efficient and healthy movement back to the body.  Experience relaxation and pure self indulgence in Strapped Soothe through meditation, breath-work, and myofascial release.

Embrace food freedom and heal your hormones!

Nourish your metabolic health through personalized nutrition planning.  Develop skills to calm your nervous system, reduce cortisol, and improve sleep.  Expect to provide a full 3-5 day food journal for us to evaluate and tweak your habits specifically to your goals and caloric requirements.  You will receive a full meal plan including shopping guides, recipes, and tips and tricks for success.  Plans are not computer generated , they are custom created from your information!
