SmartStart changes that by training your joints through their full range of motion while engaging the stabilizing muscles that keep you safe. You’ll loosen stiff hips, shoulders, and spine, reduce your risk of injury, and bring back the kind of efficient, healthy movement your body craves.

SMARTSTART WEEKLY CURRICULUM

THE PLANK

Build a stronger core by learning how to move comfortably through your wrists, shoulders, spine, and hips while activating your abs, hips, and pelvic floor for a stable, pain-free plank.

02.

THE GLUTES

Strengthen your hips and core by improving mobility in the lower spine and hips while activating the glutes and hip flexors for better balance and power.

03.

THE SQUAT + PRESS

Strengthen your legs, shoulders, chest, and triceps while improving mobility in your knees and ankles for safer, more powerful movement.

04.

THE HINGE + PULL
Train the legs, back, shoulders, and biceps while improving mobility in the hips, spine, and ribcage for safer lifting and pulling strength.
