STRAPPED is a revolutionary fitness class that utilizes resistance band training and bodyweight movements to assist students in gaining strength and muscle condition, in a fun, low stress environment.

 

STRAPPED is focused around slower paced, and full range of motion movements, using energizing music to set the flow and stay “ON BEAT”.  

STRAPPED is dedicated to teaching students correct form in fundamental exercises - knowledge that can be taken to any gym, fitness center, back yard, park, beach, etc.
