"The Strapped Fitness classes I have been attending for the past 7 months have literally changed my life. I'm a 62 year old male plagued by numerous old work injuries which had seriously begun to debilitate me. I had lost an alarming amount of mobility, coordination, balance, muscle mass and strength. Everyday activities as simple as walking had become difficult. Anything requiring more physical work was a nightmare. Strapped Fitness instructors are knowledgeable, and will work with you to help you adapt to the program by offering alternative modifications to exercises which may seem difficult at first. There are also different types of classes for all levels of physical fitness. My prior attempts to become fit again had all ended in disappointment after re-injuring myself. Strapped Fitness has provided me with a safe, fun, exhilarating, all around workout which has dramatically increased my strength, balance, co-ordination, energy and endurance. I have also gained back a lot of the muscle mass I had lost and I feel great !! It has also significantly reduced the amount of sciatic pain I was experiencing due to spinal problems and is much more affordable and effective than Dr. prescribed physiotherapy. I'm positive that if I continue with Strapped, I will not require the back surgery which would be my last option. I highly recommend Strapped Fitness !! I'd give it a 10 star rating if i could !! I plan to stick with the Strapped Fitness program for as long as I possibly can."

"I have never really had a plan or been particularly consistent with going to the gym, but Crystal Corner, the creator of Strapped Fitness, has helped with that massively. She cares so deeply for all her students and genuinely wants everyone to thrive and reach their fitness goals. Crystal and the other Strapped teachers are all so supportive, knowledgeable, and motivating as well! They have also developed the best workouts using your own body weight and various levels of resistance bands that are not only super effective, but I also really enjoy doing them and feel so strong and energized afterwards! "Pre Covid, I was a very active person. From weight lifting to cross fit to power classes, I tried to keep physically fit. Unfortunately some of these activities caused some injuries and i stopped "gymming." A physique I was once happy with became a something I wanted to avoid in the mirror . I became sluggish and tired. Luckily for me, my friend Siew , introduced me to join her at a "Strapped" class. Not knowing what it was I thought I'd give it a try. One of the best decisions I have made in a long time. Strapped class is a safe class where I control the intensity of the bands . All the instructors are most diligent in making sure that everyone in the classes are properly performing the exercises to avoid injury . I have been taking the classes for approximately five months now, three days a week. I can see my muscle tone returning, my strength has increased, my energy is higher and mostly importantly, I am happier in life as this class is such a stress release for me. Thank you Crystal, Brad, Dawn, and Cindy for all your dedication to us! Words can't being to describe my appreciation!"
