Course Policies – SURGE Coaching Class Attendance & Recordings Live classes will be held via Zoom on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:30-9:00 PM EST. If you cannot attend a live session, all classes will be recorded and available for re-watching. There are no make-up classes, but recordings can be reviewed at your convenience. Support & Check-Ins Weekly Food Diary Review – Crystal will provide feedback on your basic food diary to help fine-tune your nutrition. 4-Week & 8-Week Personal Check-in Calls – Two 30-minute one-on-one calls with Crystal to assess progress, make adjustments, and keep you on track. Ongoing Email Support – Participants can reach out via email for guidance and questions throughout the course. SURGE Coaching (1-on-1 Personalized Support) For those who want an extra level of accountability and personalization, SURGE Coaching includes: ✔ Customized Macro Breakdown – Adjusted based on individual progress. ✔ Personalized Meal Plan – Designed to fit your lifestyle and goals. ✔ Exclusive 1-on-1 Support – Direct access to Crystal via text for real-time guidance. ✔ Weekly Check-ins & Accountability – Private coaching to keep you focused and progressing.
